Attendance Policy

Full attendance throughout the duration of any June Dating event is critical to its success. Without full attendance, our ability to fulfill our commitment to you and all other attendees is limited. It’s for this reason that we have the following Cancellation, No Show, and Refund policies.

Please read these policies carefully, make sure you understand them in full, and double-check your calendar for any potential scheduling conflicts before registering for a June Dating event.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel. If you need to cancel your attendance to one of our events, you can simply respond to any of our previous text messages with the keyword “CANCELLATION”. When canceling, please do so with as much advanced notice as possible.

If you are unable to cancel by text message or do not receive a text message confirmation for your cancellation within 24 hours, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation” and make sure to include your name, phone number, and email address.

Please note: Without a text message or email confirmation of your cancellation, you will be charged a $30 Late Cancellation Fee. There may be a delay in our confirmation of your cancellation, however, provided we receive your cancellation request at least 72 hours before the start time of the event, you will not be charged a Late Cancellation Fee.

Late Cancellation Fee. If you cancel within the 72-hour window before the start time of an event, you will be charged a non-refundable $30 Cancellation Fee.

No Show Policy

No Show Fee. If you 1. don’t notify us of your cancellation within 3 hours of the event start time, 2. don’t show up for an event you’ve registered for, or 3. leave an event before completing all your dating rounds, you will be charged a non-refundable $50 No Show Fee.

Please note: Multiple no shows may result in a permanent ban from attending any future June Dating events.

Refund Policy

Individual Refunds. All event ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds to individual participants.

Event Cancellations. In exceptional cases, an event may be cancelled due to an unforeseen challenge, such as inclement weather or a venue no longer being available to serve as the event host. When this occurs, a full refund will be provided to all event participants.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that sometimes life doesn’t go as planned and it’s our hope that our events are always fully attended and we never have to charge any member of the June Dating community a Late Cancellation or No Show Fee. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. severe illness), we may waive a Late Cancellation or No Show Fee, or offer a partial refund (i.e. the cost of the participant’s event registration, lesser the $5 processing fee). Any refunds in light of exceptional circumstances will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be contingent on the participant in question providing supporting and incontrovertible documentation of their exceptional circumstance.

Please note we do not offer ticket refunds on cancellations within 72 hours of the event start under any circumstances.
