Singles Socials Attendance Policy

Your attendance throughout the duration of any June Dating event is what makes June Dating’s Singles Socials fun! Please read these policies carefully, make sure you understand them in full, and double-check your calendar for any potential scheduling conflicts before registering for any June Dating event.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel. If you need to cancel your attendance to a Singles Social event, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation” and make sure to include your name, phone number, email address, and event details (e.g. age range, location, time and day). You should receive an auto-reply cancellation confirmation. When canceling, please do so with as much advance notice as possible. While we do not issue refunds, we ask that you kindly notify us that you will not be in attendance with as much notice as possible so we can let folks on the waitlist know that there is an opening.

Refund Policy

Individual Refunds. All event ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds to individual participants.

Event Cancellations. Very rarely, an event may be cancelled due to an unforeseen challenge, such as inclement weather or a venue no longer being available to serve as the event host. When this occurs, a full refund will be provided to all event participants.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. severe illness), we may offer a partial refund (i.e. the cost of the participant’s event registration, lesser the $5 processing fee). Any refunds in light of exceptional circumstances will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be contingent on the participant in question providing supporting and incontrovertible documentation of their exceptional circumstance.
